Transparent pricing, opt-in data, a real cancel button, a public subprocessor list.
Founder bio
Jacob Sprake runs SPR Labs, a London-based studio that has shipped 28+ apps in the consumer and creator-tooling space. He doesn't have diabetes himself — but a close teammate lives with Type 1, and every design decision in Dia AI is pressure-tested against their daily reality. Dia AI is his first medical-adjacent product — built because diabetes management software in 2026 still feels like it was made in 2014.
