The short version

• Dia AI is a decision-support tool. It is not a medical device, it is not medical advice, and it does not replace your care team.
• You are responsible for every dose decision. We show the math; you make the call.
• We will never sell your data, and we will never make it hard to cancel.

1. The service

Dia AI is operated by SPR Labs Ltd, a UK company. The service consists of the iOS app, this website, and supporting APIs. You may use it subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA). If you are using Dia AI to manage a minor's diabetes, you must have legal authority to do so.

3. Not medical advice

Dia AI provides decision support, not medical advice. The carb estimates have a confidence range and can be wrong. The bolus calculator is a user-input calculator — you provide your I:C, ISF, and target. Always verify dose calculations with your care team and your clinical judgement. Dia AI does not transmit doses to pumps.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are sold through Apple's App Store. The renewal price, the renewal date, and the cancellation steps are shown on the in-app paywall — and they match this site. To cancel, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Dia AI → Cancel Subscription. One tap.

We do not run "second-chance" paywalls and we do not offer hidden trials that auto-renew at an inflated price. We do not embed third-party checkout to bypass Apple. If we ever change a price, we will email you at least 30 days in advance.

5. Data

We will never sell your data. See our privacy policy and subprocessor list for the full commitments.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't try to reverse-engineer or extract our prompts or models.
• Don't use Dia AI to provide medical advice to others.
• Don't abuse the photo-analysis endpoint for non-meal content.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is purged within 30 days.

8. Liability

Dia AI is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
