The short version

• Dia AI is a decision-support tool. It is not a medical device, it is not medical advice, and it does not replace your care team.
• You are responsible for every dose decision. We show the math; you make the call.
• We will never sell your data, and we will never make it hard to cancel.

1. The service

Dia AI is operated by SPR Labs Ltd, a UK company. The service consists of the iOS app, this website, and supporting APIs. You may use it subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA). If you are using Dia AI to manage a minor's diabetes, you must have legal authority to do so.

3. Not medical advice

Dia AI provides decision support, not medical advice. The carb estimates have a confidence range and can be wrong. The bolus calculator is a user-input calculator — you provide your I:C, ISF, and target. Always verify dose calculations with your care team and your clinical judgement. Dia AI does not transmit doses to pumps.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are sold through Apple's App Store. The in-app paywall shows $9.99 a month and $59 a year, which matches this site. The App Store purchase sheet shows the price, the renewal date, and any free trial before you are charged. A free trial appears in the app only when that App Store product includes one.

To cancel, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Dia AI → Cancel Subscription. Apple's screens confirm the cancellation. Dia does not add a second-chance offer or a hidden trial that renews at a higher price. We do not embed third-party checkout to bypass Apple. Price changes go through Apple, which shows the new price before it renews.

5. Data

We will never sell your data. See our privacy policy and subprocessor list for the full commitments.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't try to reverse-engineer or extract our prompts or models.
• Don't use Dia AI to provide medical advice to others.
• Don't abuse the photo-analysis endpoint for non-meal content.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app. That removes the identifiable data we hold for you and wipes the copy on that iPhone. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Liability

Dia AI is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
